Don't offer flexibility as an afterthought, it needs to be part of the overall people strategy.
Team communications were huge during lockdown; this will continue to be on the agenda molving forward.
The crisis has given financial teams the opportunity to start from a zero base and critically examine where the business is spending money.

It seems the staff retention problem caused by both Brexit and the ongoing pandemic may be more challenging than we initially thought. Gusto’s Frank Bandura pointed out that it’s now having a big impact on the bottom line, saying that people have always been high on the agenda; but now, people are top of the agenda.
